  7. You can remove a note permanently from a contact or group record in your database. To delete a note:

  9. <LI>Go to the record of the contact or group you want.
  10. <LI>Tap the Notes/History tab in the Contact or Group view.
  11. <LI>Enable the Show Notes option to display all notes associated with this contact or group.
  12. <LI>Tap anywhere on the note you want to delete.
  13. <LI>From the Edit menu, choose Delete Item. The note is deleted from your database.
